Boxing & Weightlifting Program

You: Stronger AND Faster

line art boxing and lifting3

Weightlifting alone builds raw strength. Boxing alone builds stamina and agility. But when you train with both, you unlock a complete program that develops the body and mind together.

I draw from years of experience in both disciplines, to design supportive, challenging programs for clients who want the unique benefits of combining strength and conditioning.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

I don’t do cookie-cutter programs. Every session is tailored to your abilities, goals, and progress — and backed by decades of experience as both a competitive athlete and a coach. You’ll get expert one-on-one attention from a 14-time World Powerlifting Champion who’s also Senior Fitness Certified and accredited by the American Parkinson’s Disease Association. Whether you’re chasing peak performance, rebuilding after an injury, or starting from scratch, I know how to get you results — safely, efficiently, and with no wasted effort.

Ask yourself — what do you really want to achieve? I’ve helped young athletes sharpen their performance and earn collegiate sports scholarships. I’ve trained senior women to become so strong they can deadlift the weight of a grown man. I’ve worked with kids who’ve faced bullying, helping them lose weight, build muscle, and reclaim their confidence. Whatever your goal — strength, performance, resilience, or self-belief — we’ll get there together.

Absolutely — because you won’t be doing it alone. Whether you’re brand new to weight training or boxing, or you’ve been at it for years, I’ll guide you step-by-step to your next level. We’ll build your skills, your confidence, and your results — one session at a time.

Motivation is key — and progress is addictive. We’ll track every workout so you can see exactly how far you’ve come, rep by rep. As you start breaking your own records and stacking those “personal bests,” you’ll find the drive to keep going comes naturally.

From building my own 38-foot ship in my younger years to captaining 100–200+ foot yachts across the globe, the sea has always been part of me. Somewhere along the way, “Captain Pat” became my name — and it stuck. Now, I bring that same discipline, leadership, and adventurous spirit from the water into every training session.

It’s simple — schedule a call. We’ll talk through your goals and see if we’re the right fit for each other. If so, we’ll set up your free consultation and first no-obligation training session. You’ll get a feel for my coaching style, experience the kind of training we’ll do, and have every question answered before you commit.

About

Why I Do This

I’ve seen firsthand how strength can transform a person’s life — not just their body.

Over the years, I’ve trained people from all walks of life, helping them find their edge through weightlifting and no-spar boxing.

My own journey has had its high points: winning 14 World Powerlifting Championships in very different chapters of my life, and even working alongside the greatest boxer of all time, Muhammad Ali, as a manager/trainer for his sparring partners.

But what drives me isn’t the medals or the stories — it’s the moment when someone realizes they’re capable of more than they ever imagined. That spark, that motivation, comes from one thing: seeing real, undeniable progress.

I’m here to help you find that moment — and keep finding it, again and again.
